Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all bookings and purchases made with The Dolce Vita Kitchen.

Bookings

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Classes are intentionally small and limited to a maximum of 6 guests, with places allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellations & Transfers

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the class will receive a full refund
• Cancellations made within 7 days but more than 48 hours before the class are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another date, subject to availability
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class are non-refundable and non-transferable

Minimum Numbers & Rescheduling

Classes require a minimum of 4 guests to proceed. In the unlikely event that a class does not meet minimum numbers, or that we need to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.

Private Bookings

Private bookings are subject to a minimum spend. A deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the balance due before the date of the class. Cancellation terms for private bookings follow the same policy as standard classes.

Gift Vouchers

• All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
• To redeem a voucher, please contact us directly to arrange a booking

Payment

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. The Dolce Vita Kitchen does not store payment card details.

Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking. While we take all reasonable precautions and follow strict food safety procedures, our kitchen is not allergen-free, and we cannot guarantee the absence of trace allergens.

Photography & Filming

We occasionally photograph and film during classes for use on our website and social media. By attending a class, you consent to appearing in any such content. If you would prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please let us know before or on the day of your class and we will ensure you are not included.

Changes & Cancellations by Us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a class, you will be offered a full refund, or the option to transfer to an alternative date.
